Submit your iPhone UDID
Use this page if you already paid for the App and still need to send a UDID, or if you got a new phone. Enter the exact same full name as on your original order so we can match it.
When to use this page
- Paid earlier, never sent a UDID — older App orders waited for UDID after payment. Submit it here with the same full name; we start the up-to-80-hour build timer when we find your order.
- New phone — every iPhone has its own UDID. Send the new device’s UDID with the same full name as your original order (free resend).
Name must match your order exactly (spelling and capitalisation). Wrong info cannot be fixed with a refund.

Step-by-step instructions
Tap the button below on your iPhone — it opens udid.tech in Safari (not Instagram / Snapchat):
Must open in Safari on the iPhone — not Instagram, Snapchat, Chrome, or a computer.
- Tap the button above. If you are inside Instagram or Snapchat and nothing happens, tap ⋯ → Open in Safari, then use the button again — or open mclovin.tech/go/udid in Safari.
- Tap the button on udid.tech to download the configuration profile.
- Open the Settings app — you’ll see "Profile Downloaded" at the top. Tap it.
- Tap Install in the top right, enter your passcode, and tap Install again to confirm.
- Safari will reopen and display your UDID. Copy the UDID string.
- Paste it into the field below and continue.
Security delay
Apple sometimes delays profile installation or the UDID page as a security check. This delay usually lasts 1 hour.
If the profile does not install, set a 1-hour timer, wait it out, and then repeat the steps above. Do not keep retrying during the hour — it will not speed anything up.
